Seeing her in person was surreal. The way she moved, tilted her head, pushed hair behind her ear — all of it was me. Like watching myself from outside my body.
She ordered a latte. I got in line behind her.
"Excuse me," I said.
She turned around.
Her face went white.
"Oh my God," she whispered.
"Yeah," I said. "We need to talk."
We sat in a corner booth, two women with the same face, staring at each other in disbelief.
